Tropical Mango Delight: A Refreshing and Exotic Mango Smoothie Recipe

Here's a delicious recipe for a mango smoothie:



Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe mangos, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup plain yogurt (Greek yogurt works well too)
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 tablespoon of your favorite sweetener, such as honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon of optional vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes, if required

Instructions:

  • Peel the mangoes and cut the flesh into chunks, discarding the pit.
  • Place the mango chunks, yogurt, milk, honey (if using), and vanilla extract (if using) in a blender.
  • If desired, add a handful of ice cubes to make the smoothie colder and thicker.
  • Blend each ingredient until it is smooth and creamy. You can add extra milk or water to the mixture to thin it down if it is too thick. 
  • If extra sweetness is necessary, test the smoothie and add it after.
