Summer Bliss Peach Smoothie: A Refreshing Blend of Sweetness and Delight

Here's a refreshing recipe for a Peach Smoothie:



Ingredients:

  • 2 pitted and sliced ripe peaches
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt (Greek yogurt works well too)
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 tablespoon of your preferred sweetener, such as honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon of optional vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes, if required

Instructions:

  • Wash the peaches, remove the pits, and slice them into chunks.
  • Place the peach chunks, yogurt, milk, honey (if using), and vanilla extract (if using) in a blender.
  • If desired, add a handful of ice cubes to make the smoothie colder and thicker.
  • Blend each ingredient until it is smooth and creamy. You can add extra milk or water to the mixture to thin it down if it is too thick. 
  • In case extra sweetness is required, taste the smoothie
  • Serve the smoothie right away after pouring it into glasses.
